We provide custom-built individual components or Sub- Assemblies from variety of raw material ranging from different grades of Steel( Zinc. Nickel, Tin Coated), stainless steel AISI 304. 316, 3161_. Brass. copper Aluminiumand even micanite. We do stampings of thickness varying from 0.4mm to 6mm thickness.

The components are fabricated to required specifications that are an integral partof a customer's product We also offer deep drawn component in all the mentioned material as above We offer variety of press components. through different techniques of production including progressive tools Components manufactured from the high grade raw material ensure durability and hassle free performance for years together

At the moment we are manufacturing and exporting components from more than a decade to one of the biggest manufacture of Household appliances in the world, situated in Western Europe. Also we are manufacturing variety of Brass and Copper plates which are used for brazing of copper pipes to make heabng elements, to heat water. We do make variety of washers in Brass Steel and Stainless Steel with a the grinding finish on the surface on some of them in order to get a tolerance of +1-0.02 as they are used for critical applications in Water pumps and Antennas

We also offer mica components used as insulation in Ovens made of micanite of thickness 0.4mm. fixing rings used as czp for brass screwplugs and also SS grids to hold the copper pipes together for water heaters.

Machine capabilities : Power Presses ranging from 5 tones to 150 tones (double action) are used to press the components as per the technical requirements depending on the complexity of the components and its thickness
