Material Grade Used: CuZN39Pb3, CuZ40Pb2 (CW617N and CW614N) , CZ121, Eco Brass ( Zero Lead Brass) CW510L,Brass Flanges/Heads are Forged (Hex and Diameter size varies from 40mm to 100mm) and thenmachined on CNC/VMC machines to get a high tolerance dimension within (10 microns) speciallythe position of the holes.
There are different sizes of Brass Screw plugs & Hose Nipples we produce ranging from BSP threading G1/2” , G 1", G 1 1/2”, G 1.75”, G2”, G 2.25 & G2 5" as well as variety of BSPT & NPT threading.
Also, we bore No of holes (3,6 or 12) depending on the requirement of customer for brazing of the copper pipes at the customer's and as they are used in manufacturing of Immersion and Tubular heating elements
